DELIVERY

Fresh Ego Kid delivers domestically and to the USA, Europe and Rest of the World, meaning no matter where you are, you can enjoy Fresh Ego Kid products. We are dedicated to delivering your products promptly and securely at an affordable price. For our standard delivery prices and duration estimates, please see below.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same day.

FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £65.00

UK Standard Delivery 2-3 working days (delivered Mon - Fri) -  £4.50
UK Next Day Delivery Orders Mon - Thurs before midday (delivered Mon - Fri) - £9.00 

EUROPE Standard Delivery 4-7 working days -  £15.00 
REST OF THE WORLD Standard Delivery 7 working days - £25.00 excluding local Duty & Taxes 

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next day delivery service will deliver your order the following working day to UK mainland addresses, providing that the order is placed before 12pm (noon) Mon-Thurs.

Orders placed with next day delivery after noon Mon-Fri will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed with next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Orders placed with next day delivery on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Our next day delivery service is not available for customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

 

TRACK YOUR PARCEL 

We will send you a shipment confirmation email once the parcel is picked up by the courier.  You will be able to track your order online with a link provided in the email. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL?

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factor can cause delays in your delivery. If you haven't received your package within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps bellow. 

  • Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
  • Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbor or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
  • Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. 
  • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of the parcel.

If you are still having issues locating your parcel you must contact us within 14 days   

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES — NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  

Please note that customers takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees even if should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

 

RETURNS

If you are not happy with the item or it does not fit properly, we'll be happy to take the goods back under the following conditions:

  • We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product
  • The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new; and
  • When sending back an item for exchange or refund we recommend sending it insured and signed for as we will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return fee. How ever we will send an exchange out to you free of charge

EXCLUSIONS

The following products may not be returned under this policy:

  • Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way.

 

REFUNDS

We will give you a refund for the price paid of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

We will refund any money due using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund as soon as possible however this process may take up to 30 days following the day we receive your returned product(s).

Unless the item you are returning to us is deemed to be faulty, you will not be refunded the postage cost on that order and the amount refunded will be less our returns processing fee which is £4.50.

 

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
