HEADWEAR RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to exchange or return headwear products for a full refund within 30 days. As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email.

Shipping charges for the return of goods will be paid for by you, and we will incur the cost of redelivering exchanged goods.

Please note that we cannot refund any taxes, duties or cover return shipping costs, and you are responsible for any items lost in shipping.

Returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

APPAREL RETURNS POLICY

All apparel items are made to order through a print-on-demand process — each piece is custom printed specifically for you.

Because of this, all apparel sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference reasons.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

As each product is created uniquely for every customer, accepting general returns would result in a total loss of the item — something we simply can’t sustain as a small business. We appreciate your understanding and support.

REFUNDS

We will provide a refund for the price paid of any product properly returned in accordance with this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and the costs of returning the product to us).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for your purchase.

We will process all refunds as soon as possible; however, this may take up to 30 days from the day we receive your returned product(s).

Unless the item is deemed faulty or defective, postage costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange headwear items for a different size or color in the same style, or for another product of equal value.

Apparel items are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty or damaged.
