We want you to love your purchase, and we do our best to ensure every product meets our high standards. Because our items are produced in different ways, our return policies vary slightly by product category:
Headwear:
We accept returns and exchanges on headwear within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email.
Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility, while we’ll cover the cost of sending out exchanged goods.
Apparel (Clothing):
All of our apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand process – each item is custom printed specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or preference reasons.
We will, however, gladly replace or refund any items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error. If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and our team will make it right.
As each print-on-demand product is unique and made specifically for each customer, accepting general returns would result in a total loss of the item – something we simply can’t sustain as a small business. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
